Canoe Feast is celebrated in the
Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The Nicobarese fatten the pigs in a special enclosure for about a month. On the day of the feast, these pigs are brought out and made to fight with one another, after which they are sacrificed. Communal singing and dancing goes on till the late hours.
