Cal Mint




Cal Mint (Latin name, Nepeta hindostana) is an erect or ascending herb with blue purple flowers. It contains aldehyde nepehinal, nepetidone, nepedinol, and triterpenic acid.

Cal Mint is used for angina pectoris, cardiac thrombosis, trachycardia and weakness of the heart. It is also useful for cardiac asthma, syncope, pyrexia and anxiety.

It is also known as Billilotan and Badranj boya.
