Burdan is a picturesque valley in
Leh District of
Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 10 km from
Zanskar.
The valley, with its beautiful lakes and the surrounding woods, presents a delightful picture of nature’s majesty at work. Burdan has a number of interesting places. The chief attraction here is the
Burdan Monastery.
Pandum, Karsha,
Stongdey and Zongkhul constitute interesting excursions outside the valley.
