Black headed Myna



Brahminy Myna (Sturnus pagodarum) is a typical smallish mynah, quite stout. It can be easily distinguished by its black forehead. The bird is a common breeding resident. Locally called Kalasir Maina, the bird is found in the wooded areas and near cultivated areas of Haryana.
