Bikshandar Kovil

Bikshandar Kovil is located at Uttamar Kovil, a temple town near Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu. The temple also known as Uttamar Kovil is situated just half kilometers from Kollidam Bridge in Musiri Road.

The temple is one of the 108 important shrines for Lord Vishnu. Most noteworthy feature of the shrine is that the Trimurtis (Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva) of Hindu religion along with their respective consorts (Goddess Saraswathi, Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Parvati) are enshriened in the temple complex in the statue form.

It is said that Shri Thirumangai Alwar had sung at his temple.
