Bhurannagar Temple




Bhurannagar Temple, built in 1913, is located at Bhurannagar, near Bhingar on the Pathardi road, in Ahmednagar District of Maharashtra.

The temple is dedicated to Goddess Tuljabhavani. It is believed that the goddess gave Shivaji a sword. Thousands of devotees throng during the Navratri festival, which is celebrated annually at the temple.

The nearest railway station is at Ahmednagar.
