Bhaira Laihr is a scenic town located in the hilly areas in Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 1,246 ft above sea level and is 13 km away from Jammu.

Situated near the line of control, Bhaira Laihr is linked with Mandowah (1 km) in the west, Aitham (2 km) in the north, Chalni (1 km) in the east and Chab (1 km) in the south. Udhampur lies to the north-east of Bhaira Laihr.

Amar Mahal Museum, Ziarat Baba Buddan Shah, Peer Khoh, Mubarak Mandi Palace, Kishtwar High Altitude National Park, and Surinsar Mansar Wildlife Sanctuary are some of the nearby tourist spots.

Bhaira Laihr can be easily approached from Jammu and Udhampur by road. The nearest railhead is Jammu Tawi Railway Station and the airport is Jammu Airport.
