Bhadravana




Bhadravana is located about 35 km from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. This place is connected with Lord Krishna and is considered as a sacred place by the devotees.

Legend says that Krishna killed a demon called Vatsasura here. Bhadrishwara Shiva Temple is the major point of attraction. This temple is believed to have been established by Vagranabha. During the major festival, hundreds of devotees from far and near reach the temple. The famous Yamuna River flows nearby.

Mathura Junction Railway Station (35 km) is the major railhead nearby. The nearest airport is Agra Civil Enclaves.
