Begampur

Begampur is located at the foothills of the Shivalik ranges, about 9 km east of Chhachhrauli, in Yamunanagar District. It is located between the Western Yamuna Canal and the Yamuna River and is surrounded by lush greenery.

Hathni Kund, Tajewala and Khizrabad are the picnic sites on Yamunanagar-Paonta Sahib road, which passes through Begampur. Kalesar Wildlife Sanctuary and Chaudhary Devi Lal Herbal Nature Park are within a short distance from this site.

Nearest airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport. Yamunanagar Railway Station serves Begampur.
