Bazigars

Bazigars are the traditional acrobats of India. A nomadic group, they settle at a particular location for only a specific period and perform their act over there.

The acrobatics performed by the Bazigars features a tight-rope dance, where a young boy or girl balances on a rope tied to two long poles fixed to the ground.
