Azad Hind Express




Introduced in 1995, Azad Hind Express runs between Pune Junction Railway Station in Maharashtra and Howrah Railway Station in West Bengal. (‘Azad Hind’ means 'Free India.') Major towns on the way are Daund, Ahmednagar, Akola, Nagpur, Gondiya, Rourkela and Jamshedpur. The train operates daily and covers a distance of 2,022 km.

Train number 2129: Pune to Howrah, leaves Pune at 18:25 hrs.
Train number 2130: Howrah to Pune, leaves Howrah at 21:10 hrs.
