Aromatherapy




Literally, Aromatherapy means 'treatment using scents.' It is the practice of using pleasant smelling oils to promote health. This holistic treatment uses oils such as rose, lemon, lavender and peppermint. Oils are added to the bath or massaged into the skin, inhaled directly or diffused to scent in the room. Aromatherapy can reduce stress, correct the complexion, treat an annoying skin irritation, and eliminate a stomachache.

In short, recognizing the power of plants and using it for regeneration, revitalizing and healing form the crux of aromatherapy.
