Arjunarishtam

Arjunarishtam is a prophylactic cardiac and respiratory tonic in Ayurveda. It is prescribed for heart diseases and respiratory disorders.

This Arishta is a decoction prepared out of the herb Terminalia Arjuna. Other ingredients are Munakka, Modhuka puspha, Dhataki and jaggery.
