Agaricus




Agaricus is an edible mushroom that belongs to the family Fungi. There are many varieties of mushrooms isolated. They differ both in virtue and in the substance on which they grow. Agaricus is used in defluxions and disorders of the breast. The fungus possesses cooling property hence it can be applied to boils and abscesses.
