Aam Raush Thandai

Aam Raush Thandai is a refreshing drink of the Bengalis. Made of mango pulp, sour cream and yogurt, it is enriched by adding other fruits, nuts and raisins. Superfine sugar sweetens the drink. It tastes better when chilled.
