Pulbazar is a taluk headquarters of Darjeeling District and is just 2 km north of Bijanbari. Nearly 6 km from this town is Darjeeling.

Chong Tong tea garden, Ghoom, famous for Ghoom Monastery, Sonada, Sandakphu and Jorebunglow are other related places of tourist interest around.
