Bakranath Shiva Temple

Built in Orissan style, Bakranath Shiva Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, at Bakreshwar is 58 km from Shantiniketan in West Bengal. Bakreswar River runs to the east and north of the holy place and Papahara River is in the south. There are three hot springs near the temple, Agni Kund, Brahma Kund and Sanbhagya Kund.
