Kalsi

Kalsi is located 5 km from Dakpathar, en route to Chakrata, in Dehradun District. This place is famous for an Ashoka edict of 450 B C, inscribed on a large rock. Now it is preserved by the National Archeological Department. Kalsi is 50 km away from Dehradun.
