Tirukkanoor is a beautiful hamlet in Thanjavur District of Tamil Nadu. It is around 7 km north of Budalur and within a km from the Kollidam River. The village is famous for a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Thanjavur and Tiruchirapalli, Tirukkattuppalli, Tiruvalampozhil and Ambilaalanturai are the other Shivasthalams nearby. Budalur Railway Station is the nearest railway station. Tiruchirapalli Airport serves this area.
