Makki Ki Roti




Makki Ki Roti is one of the many kinds of unleavened Indian bread. It is eaten with the hands and dipped in Sarson ka saag (mustard leaf curry). These two are the staple food in the northern states. Makki Ki Roti is bread made of pounded maize flour. It is very nutritious. Makki ki Roti and Sarson ka saag are wonderful on a cold and sunny winter afternoon.
