Syntu Ksiar




Syntu Ksiar, which literally means ‘Golden Flower’, is situated in Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya. It is a vast pool of calm water where the flow of the meandering Myntdu River which almost encircles the Jowai town, appears to come to a sudden halt.

Kiang Nangbah Monument is located on the banks of Syntu Ksiar alongside Myntdu River.
