Pedgaon lies 11 km south of Shrigonda, in Ahmednagar District. It is virtually on the district’s border with Osmanabad District. Belvandi Budrukh is 25 km north-west and Bhaudi is 26 km towards the north-east. Ahmednagar - the district headquarters – is around 62 km north-east. Great Indian Bustard Wildlife Sanctuary and Rehekuri Blackbuck Sanctuary are the tourist options available. The Bhima River flows nearby Pedgaon. Pune Lohegaon Airport and Shrigonda Road Railway Station serve Pedgaon. Daund Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railway station.
