Malai Kofta




Malai Kofta is a popular example of a dish from Mughlai Cuisine. It is blend of fried balls of freshly minced vegetables simmered in cardamom, saffron, garlic, cashews and raisins in a thick creamy yogurt sauce. Originally a recipe from the eastern part of India, this delicious vegetarian dish was tremendously popular at the tables of the Maharajas in India.
