Hiranyakeshi River

Hiranyakeshi River has its origin from an underground stream in Amboli of Sindhudurg District. It is originated near Hiranyakeshi Temple, a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, and this spot is noted for its amazing natural beauty.

The Hiranyakeshi is a poorvamukhi river meaning flowing east to west. Fishing can be enjoyed at the river.
