Guhagar is a town located about 25 km from
Chiplun in
Ratnagiri District.
Major point of attraction here is the
Guhagar Beach. This is an unexploited beach lapped by the
Arabian Sea. The famous Vashishti River flows through nearby.
Vyadeshwar Temple and Ufrata Ganapati Temple are the famous temples of Guhagar. There are several temples dedicated to Udaleshwar, Talkeshwar and Balkeshwar.
