Dhanoda




Dhanoda is a small town on the banks of Painganga River, about 8 km north-east of Mahagaon, in Yavatmal District. It is situated right on the district’s border with Nanded District. Morath lies 17 km south-west of Dhanoda and Umerkhed is around 30 km south-west.

Painganga Wildlife Sanctuary and Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary are prime choices in the district for wildlife enthusiasts. Sahastrakund Waterfalls, Shri Ranganath Swami Temple at Wani, Chintamani of Kalamb and Mahadeo Temple at Moho village are pilgrim sites around.

Nearest Railway Station: Hingoli Deccan Railway Station.
