Chhatris of Scindia Dynasty

Situated in Chatri Bazar are some chhatris of the kings and queens of the Scindia Dynasty. These cenotaphs have been built of pink and white stones. Chatris of Jiwaji Rao Scindia, Daulat Rao Scindia and Janko ji Rao Scindia are worth seeing. The chhatris present beautifully carved figures of tigers, elephants and horses.
