Paramhanshi Ganga Ashram



Jhoteshwar Ashram, also known as Paramhanshi Ganga Ashram, is a famous spiritual center located in Narsinghpur District of Madhya Pradesh. It is associated with two famous saints, Jagatguru Shankaracharya Joytesh and Dwarkadish Pithadheshwar Saraswati Maharaj, who are believed to have been meditated here for long time.

Rajarajeshwari Tripur Sundari Temple, an extremely gorgeous temple of golden, is a major attraction here. Jhoteshwar Temple, Lodheshwar Temple, Hanuman Tekari and the Shivling are the other place of worship. A seven days festival is held here on the occasion of Basant Panchami.

Jhoteshwar Ashram can be accessed from the Sridham Railway Station (15 km), situated on the Mumbai-Howrah control railway track.
