Netturpetti

Netturpetti is a traditional jewel box of Kerala. It was the mark of the royal families in the past.

This box, with conical lid, is a handicraft item. It is made of rosewood, and brass frames are used to adorn it.

Netturpetti is the result of painstaking task of artisans from Nettur region in Kannur District.
