Dharmadom Railway Station, also spelt Dharmadam Railway Station, is on the Thalassery-Kannur rail route.

Thalassery Railway Station (4 km) and Edakkode Railway Station (4 km) are the main stations to the south and north respectively. Kannur Railway Station is about 13 km from here.

Dharmadam Island is a major landmark near the station.
