Aravakkattappan Shiva Temple

Aravakkattappan Shiva Temple is located at Ambalapara in Ottapalam, Palakkad District in Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Khara, one of the great and powerful forms of Lord Shiva. Sree Rudram dhara, sahasranama archana, aikamatya suktam, and saraswatha suktam are the main offerings.

The temple is about 10 km north of Ottapalam and 35km from Palakkad.
