Humachadakatte, also known as Humcha, is located in
Shimoga District of
Karnataka. This town is 19 km east of
Hosanagara and 14 km south of Riponpet.
Padmavathi Amma temple is the major attraction. The Panchakuta Basadi (Jain temple) belonging to 10th/11th century and a Jain Mutt are other places worth visiting. Thirthahalli, a picturesque spot amid Davanebail forest, is 19 km from here.
