Shyalkut is a small village lying in
Badgam District of
Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 18 km from the state capital –
Srinagar. It lies at an altitude of about 5,610 ft above sea level. Poshur is in the west,
Labartal in the north,
Dansnar in the east and
Arigam in the south.
By road, Shyalkut is easily accessible from Dardpur.
