Rhongo

Perched at an altitude of about 13,664 ft above sea level, Rhongo is a small village in Leh District. It is about 35 km away from Hanle. Nyoma in the west, Nawi in the north, Tashigang in the east and Punguk in the south are the neighboring places connecting Rhongo. The place, with its steep and barren hills offer challenges even for the most hardy trekkers.
