Rattan Peak



Rattan Peak, a mountain in the Pir Panjal Range, is in the Poonch District of Jammu and Kashmir. Rattan Pir (8,200 ft) is a pass on this mount, about 15 m south-west of the Pir Panjal or Panchal Pass. It is to the west of Banihal Pass. Behramgala is a small plateau, located at the base of Rattan Peak. Rattan Peak can be approached from Poonch (250 km north-west of Jammu.
