Sonawar

Perched at an altitude of about 5,124 ft above sea level, Sonawar is a small settlement in Srinagar District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is just a kilometer away from Badami Bagh.

Buchhawar in the west, Durgjan in the north, Zangibagh in the east and Aramwar in the south are the neighboring places. Ibadat-e-Shahadat Museum and Hazrat Mir Syed Yaqub are the nearby attractions.

Sonawar is easily accessible from Srinagar and Gagribal.
