Chushul

Chushul, also known as Shushul, lies on the eastern border of Leh District, Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 14,268 ft above sea level and is about 20 km from Kakstet. Chushul is a favorite track for adventurous bike riders.

Chushul is encircled by Gangra in the west, Merak in the north and Gandpa in the south. Other places linked with this village are Kiagi and Nyagzu.

One can approach Chushul from Leh as well as from Mahe.
