Tsheshu Fair




Tsheshu Fair falls in the month of June, and is popularly celebrated in the monasteries of Shashur, Gemur, Kyi, Kardang Tabo and Mane. A large number of devotees from far and near assemble here during the fair.

The major accompaniment of the fair is Devil Dance, in which lamas (performers) wear colorful costumes and put masks of different birds and animals.
