Vasad

Vasad is a small town situated on the bank of Mahi River in the Anand District of Gujarat. Majority of the people belong to the patel community. Located near Vadodara, Vasad is an important center point of trading Toor Dall. Vasad is around 20 km from both Vadodara and Anand.

National Highway 8 passes through this town.

Vadodara Airport and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport are the nearest airports. Anand Junction Railway Station, served by the Western Railways, is the closest railhead.
