Jessore Sloth Bear Sanctuary

Jessore Sloth Bear Sanctuary is located about 35 km from Palanpur and 40 km from Ambaji in Banaskantha District of Gujarat.

Spread over 180 sq km, this sanctuary is a haven for sloth bear. Other wildlife found here are leopards, sambar deer, blue bull, wild boar, porcupine and a variety of birds.

The nearest airport is at Ahmedabad, about 190 km away. The nearest railway stations are Palanpur Junction Railway Station and Iqbal Gadh Railway Station.
