Chorwad

Chorwad is a small coastal village in Junagadh District of Gujarat and is about 66 km from Junagadh and 23 km from Veraval.

Blessed with natural beauty, the place is associated with the Nawab saheb Mohabbat Khan of Junagadh. The Nawab built a palace on the seashore as a summer retreat to enjoy cool breezes from the Arabian Sea. The palace has been converted into a resort. With salubrious climate and Mother Nature at its best, Chorwad is for those who want to be away from crowds.

Chorwad Road Railway Station is on the Ahmedabad-Veraval rail route.
