Shivani Maa Temple




Shivani Maa Temple is a highly revered shrine situated at Kanker, in Chhattisgarh. The presiding deity of the temple is a combination of two goddess - Goddess Kali and Goddess Durga. It is said that the vertically half of the idol is of goddess Kali and the remaining half part is of goddess Durga.

Navratri festival, celebrated here, amid much pomp and splendor attracts thousands of devotees from far and near.

Dhamtari Railway Station, served by the South Eastern Railways, is the nearest railhead (50 km).
