Bangoli is a town, located 30 km north-east of Raipur and 45 km south-east of Simga, in Raipur District. National Highway 6 is in close proximity to the town. Baloda Bazar, Palari and Chicholi are the other settlements near the town.
Mahant Ghasidas Memorial Museum, Mahakoshal Art Gallery, Maharajabandh Lake, Mathpurena and Budhapara Lake are the major tourist destinations. Other pilgrim centers are Budheshwar Temple, Virenchi Temple, Brahma Temple, Mahamaya Temple and Samlai Temple.
Raipur Airport is the nearest airport. Raipur Junction Railway Station serves Bangoli.
