Sangameswaram

Sangameswaram is located at the confluence of Bhavanasi and Krishna rivers in Kurnool District. Sangameswaram is also known as Sapta Nandi Sangam and is about 55 km from Kurnool town. A temple of Lord Shiva with a wooden Lingam is located here. Maha Shivratri is celebrated here in great splendor.
